Coalescent plate: structure, durability, cleaning.
In separators from Eurolizer line are applied coalescent plates made in form of the polypropylene mat fixed in frame made of stainless steel. Mat consists of, depending of the size of the separator, from 9 to 27 layers of polypropylene netting with the average of the meshes 5-6 mm and the average of fibers 0,22 mm.
Using such materials for structure of coalescence plate results in very high durability and eliminates any damages during correct usage of the device.
Openwork structure of the plate not only increase the efficiency but also facilitate access to every fiber during cleaning the plate. Such plate can be cleaned repeatedly and does not have to be exchanged for many years of its usage.
