Grease separator Euroliner-CI is a separator integrated with settlement tank. Housing of the device is a monolithic tank in shape of standing cylinder. In grease separator separating fat and oils operate under the force of gravity, ie. partials of oils and fats, because have smaller density than water, are floating on the surface of the separator and create –depending on the amount of flowing oils and fats- continuously increasing layer hold between two partitions of the tank.
